The History of Thieves oil is an essential oil blend based on a story from around the 15th century when the bubonic plague was running rampant through Europe and Asia. Four thieves from Europe, who were notoriously robbing the infectious dead bodies of all their possessions, miraculously never contracted the highly infectious plague.

Defence is a highly versatile blend of oils that can be used from cleaning to maintaining a healthy immune support.

Directions

Diffuse 2-3 drops

Topically Apply 1-2 drops to the soles of the feet, dilute with carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.

Homemade Cleaner

• 60ml. dark glass spray bottle 
  
• 1 tsp.  witch hazel 
  
• 10-15 drops of Defence Oil
  
• Distilled water

In your clean spray bottle, add 10-15 drops of your Defence oil. Next add 1 tsp. of witch hazel. Then pour distilled water into bottle until full. Put on your spray top and use as you see fit.
